Key Responsibilities
- Lead account identification territory mapping customer profiling and account prioritization across target industries.
- Conduct customer market and competitor research to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Hoovers Forrester and eSpatial to gather and analyze market data.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence reports dashboards and insights to support sales and industry strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Manage coach and develop a team while driving performance and collaboration.
- Ensure customer and market data is maintained accurately and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Analytics or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in market intelligence sales operations business development or a related field.
- Prior people management experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms preferably Salesforce.
- Advanced analytical research and data interpretation skills.
- Strong understanding of account planning sales processes and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
