Senior RPA Developer UiPath Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior RPA Developer with a robust background in software engineering and a specialized focus on workflow automation. This role demands a minimum of seven years of total development experience with a critical emphasis on at least five years of dedicated hands-on work utilizing UiPath technologies. The ideal candidate will hold a current certification in UiPath or a comparable automation platform and possess the ability to architect technical specifications for complex RPA initiatives. This position is pivotal in driving digital transformation by leveraging advanced automation strategies API integrations and agile methodologies to optimize enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of sophisticated automation solutions using UiPath Orchestrator and agentic automation frameworks.
Architect and document detailed technical specifications to guide RPA project execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Engineer and maintain robust data exchange mechanisms by integrating and consuming various APIs for efficient data retrieval and transfer.
Establish and enforce industry-leading engineering best practices to ensure the scalability reliability and security of UiPath implementations.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of enterprise business processes to identify high-impact opportunities for Robotic Process Automation.
Apply expertise in programming languages such as Python VB Script Java JavaScript to build custom activities and extend platform capabilities.
Collaborate within Agile development teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage the full lifecycle of automation projects.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 7 years in software development with a focus on workflow automation; at least 5 years of specific hands-on experience with UiPath tools and platforms.
Certification: Must possess an up-to-date professional certification in UiPath or a leading RPA technology.
Leadership: Proven track record of serving in a lead capacity with a minimum of 3 years of experience in UiPath implementation projects.
Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python VB Script Java JavaScript coupled with foundational knowledge of HTML and scripting languages.
Methodology: Demonstrated experience working within Agile development environments.
Architecture: Ability to design technical documentation and implement best practices for large-scale RPA solutions.

Required Skills:
