Role: Lead Product & Pricing Consultant Banking

Experience: 8 years

Domain: Banking / BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting and business transformation projects for global banking clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into business and functional solutions.
• Design and implement solutions for product pricing rates fees billing and revenue optimization.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders business teams BAs and technology teams.
• Lead the functional implementation of banking product platforms.
• Improve banking processes operating models and customer/product profitability.
• Guide teams through requirements solution design implementation and change management.

Must-Have Profile:

• 10 years of functional consulting experience in Banking/BFSI.
• Strong experience in Product & Pricing Rates & Fees Billing Revenue or Relationship Pricing.
• Experience in banking transformation / core banking transformation / process transformation.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience with banking SaaS/product platforms is highly relevant.
• Strong experience in Retail Corporate or Commercial Banking.
• MBA/Finance/Computer Science or relevant educational background preferred.
