Lead Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager:

The Key Account Manager will drive strategic account development strengthen customer engagement and support
profitable business growth across priority accounts. The role requires strong commercial discipline stakeholder management
market understanding and the ability to coordinate internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals institutions and healthcare stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons procurement teams and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Identify account opportunities risks and growth areas to drive business expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing Clinical Finance Supply Chain and Service teams to achieve account objectives.
• Monitor sales funnel progress opportunity conversion and competitive market activities.
• Support product launches customer workshops demonstrations CMEs and engagement programs.
• Ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales coordination including follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Prepare account reviews performance reports and data-driven business recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies ethical standards and healthcare industry regulations.

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Key Account Management Healthcare Medical Devices Sales Marketing or Institutional Business Development.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with hospitals surgeons distributors and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding including account planning opportunity management and negotiation support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced regulated healthcare environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
