Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational growth and workforce planning
- Build and strengthen HR policies processes and governance frameworks
Talent Acquisition & Volume Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-volume and niche hiring mandates
- Manage leadership hiring bulk hiring drives and employer branding initiatives
- Build strong sourcing pipelines across editorial digital content sales product technology and operations roles
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle management
- Ensure smooth onboarding payroll coordination attendance leave management HRMS governance and exit formalities
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Drive performance review frameworks and goal-setting processes
- Lead employee engagement retention strategies and culture-building initiatives
- Resolve employee relations matters with maturity and confidentiality
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team across recruitment and operations
- Establish process efficiency and service excellence standards
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 12 to 14 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to digital media news broadcast / internet-first businesses
- Strong hands-on experience in HR operations large-scale recruitment delivery
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance payroll coordination and HRMS tools
