Lead Engineer
Job requirements
- Design and develop scalable microservices-based applications using Python frameworks such as Django Flask or FastAPI
- Implement and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless frontend and backend integration
- Lead end-to-end development of fullstack solutions leveraging React (with Context and Redux) for dynamic user interfaces
- Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments
- Manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate services with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability
- Integrate and optimize database solutions including PostgreSQL MongoDB and Redis for high-performance data management
- Conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing using PyTest to ensure code quality and stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Expert-level Python programming with microservices architecture
- Extensive experience with Django Flask or FastAPI
- Proven expertise in REST API and GraphQL development
- Advanced skills in React including React Context and Redux
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration and management
- In-depth knowledge of Docker containerization
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes orchestration
- Database proficiency with PostgreSQL MongoDB and Redis
- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive tests using PyTest
- Experience with advanced API security and authentication mechanisms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Expertise in performance tuning and monitoring of microservices
- Experience with automated code quality tools and static analysis
- Contribution to open-source projects or technical communities
- Proficient in CSS SCSS and LESS for frontend styling
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Certification in Python development or web frameworks (such as Django or Flask)
- Certification in cloud computing or DevOps practices (such as AWS Certified Developer or Kubernetes Administrator)
