Lead Engineer, Civil Structures

With a focus on excellence and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Lead Design Engineer Bridges for our domestic transportation business at Gurguram and Mumbai Office. 

As the Lead Design Engineer Bridges you will play a pivotal role in advancing our transportation infrastructure projects. As a key member of our engineering team you will contribute to the delivery of projects. 

Responsibilities 

As a design engineer your key responsibilities will be: 

• To perform technical lead role in analysis and design of bridge structures for different projects. 

• To coordinate with team members and ensure delivery of projects within specified timeframe. 

• To perform QA checks on the designs and drawings produced to ensure quality delivery. 

• To coordinate with client/proof checker/authoritys engineer for necessary approval of designs and ensure delivery of projects within specified timeframe. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering. Masters degree in structural engineering is preferred. 

• About 8-12 years of experience in transportation infrastructure projects with a proven record of successful detailed design project delivery. 

• Strong knowledge of codes and standards. 

• Hands on experience in using software like Sofistik MIDAS etc. 

• Structured working style with result-oriented approach 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
