Lead Digital Sales & Operations

1) Job Purpose

The Lead Digital S&OP role is focused on implementing digital initiatives as part of the Ekayaan team driving transformation in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The role involves close collaboration with sales and plant teams leveraging data analytics and digital tools to optimize demand and supply planning enhance decision-making and align supply chain operations with strategic business goals.

Digital Transformation in S&OP:

• Implement and manage digital initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency visibility and agility.
• Evaluate and integrate digital tools and technologies to support demand and supply planning forecasting and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Ekayaan team to develop and deploy S&OP solutions aligned with the organizations digital roadmap.

Demand & Supply Planning:

• Partner with sales and plant teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and efficient supply planning.
• Leverage digital platforms to identify trends forecast demand and align production schedules with market requirements.
• Optimize supply chain performance by balancing inventory levels and reducing operational bottlenecks.

Data Management & Analytics:

• Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor S&OP performance metrics and key indicators.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data inputs across the S&OP process to enable reliable decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as a key liaison between sales operations and supply chain teams to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of the S&OP process.
• Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to review plans identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to teams on digital tools and analytics to enhance adoption and utilization.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve S&OP processes through automation digitalization and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization stays at the forefront of digital S&OP advancements.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
