Lead Commercials, PMO and Internal Controls

The PMO Manager is responsible for driving governance planning execution oversight and delivery excellence across strategic business and technology initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with organizational priorities through effective stakeholder management reporting risk governance and process standardization.

Project Governance & Delivery

• Establish and drive PMO governance frameworks project methodologies and best practices.

• Monitor project timelines milestones budgets and resource utilization.

• Ensure successful execution of strategic programs across business and technology teams.

• Track project dependencies and drive timely resolution of risks and issues.

Portfolio & Program Management

• Manage the organizations project portfolio and prioritize initiatives aligned to business objectives.

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps dashboards and executive reports.

• Monitor project health through KPIs status reviews and governance forums.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders product engineering operations and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.

• Drive decision-making by providing actionable insights and project updates.

Planning & Resource Management

• Support project planning budgeting forecasting and capacity planning.

• Track resource allocation and optimize utilization across projects.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify project risks dependencies and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards audit requirements and project documentation.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

• Standardize project templates reporting mechanisms and governance processes.

• Champion Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.

• Strong project and program management capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical planning and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in project governance risk management and reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Project Jira Confluence Excel PowerPoint and project management tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Business or a related discipline.

• MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/Agile Scrum certification preferred.

• 812 years of experience in PMO Program Management Project Management or Delivery Management preferably in technology fintech or digital organizations.
