Lab Assistant Biology (MYP/DP)
OAKRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up Biology lab materials and equipment for MYP/DP practicals.
- Assist teachers and students during laboratory sessions.
- Maintain lab safety cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory stock and laboratory records.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of biological materials.
- Support the smooth functioning of the Biology laboratory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Biology/Life Sciences or related field.
- 2 years of laboratory experience preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and equipment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with IB MYP/DP curriculum is preferred.
