ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers in a Managed Services environment. The role involves network security and wireless operations troubleshooting incident management and SLA-driven service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure

Troubleshoot routing switching WAN LAN and SD-WAN issues

Manage and troubleshoot firewalls VPNs and security policies

Analyze firewall logs and security incidents

Troubleshoot wireless connectivity roaming and authentication issues

Support AP deployments wireless surveys and optimization

Perform approved configuration changes and upgrades

Coordinate with ISPs and OEM/TAC teams

Handle incidents changes and problem management

Perform RCA and implement preventive actions

Maintain SLA documentation runbooks and reports

Participate in on-call and planned maintenance activities
