Junior Engineer Mark, Swab & UC Clean

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Role Overview:

• Understand and follow the router requirements MOS as per operation sequence safe Operation of the process related equipment
• identify the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket
• Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings specifications manuals MOS and other related documentation ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements
• Knowledge of chemical handling storage and related documentation
• Ensure completion of process related documentation process and equipment inspection check lists

The Ideal Candidate:

Hands-on experience in special process shops such as swab etch part marking ultrasonic cleaning or DFL coating with strong knowledge of routers MOS drawings chemical handling and NADCAP-related requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma with 2 3 years of experience in related processes .
• Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Quality Mindset.
• Experience in engineering industry with first hand experience of process shops
• Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze problems identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
• Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Kaizen Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
