Site Overview:

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.

Role Overview:

• Directly support and participate intube bending polishing and cleaning processeson the shop floor
• Monitor daily production activities to help ensuredelivery commitmentsare met
• Coordinate with production quality and planning teams to resolve operational issues
• Support process adherence to aerospacesafety quality and compliancerequirements
• Review work instructions routing and shop documentation for accuracy and execution
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues related to bending quality surface finish and cleanliness standards
• Track production performance and escalate risks that may impactdelivery quality or cost
• Support implementation ofcontinuous improvementinitiatives to improve flow productivity and defect reduction
• Ensure proper handling of tools fixtures and materials used in tube manufacturing operations
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following shop discipline and standard practices
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to improve process capability and throughput.

Ideal Candidate:

Candidate with minimum of 2 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment with hands-on exposure to tube bending polishing and cleaning operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Production Manufacturing or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum2 years of relevant experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience supporting or participating intube bending polishing and cleaning processes.
• Ability to review and followwork instructions routing sheets and shop documentation.
• Understanding ofaerospace safety quality and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify troubleshoot and escalate issues related tobending quality surface finish and cleanliness standards.
• Experience tracking daily production activities and supportingdelivery performance.
• Ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams including production quality and planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge ofcontinuous improvement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity withshop floor discipline 5S and standard work practices.
