Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the Data Science Risk and Business teams by developing analytical datasets dashboards and actionable insights that enable data-driven lending decisions portfolio monitoring and operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include developing analytical datasets dashboards and actionable insights to support data-driven lending decisions portfolio monitoring and operational excellence.

You will write efficient SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources develop dashboards automate recurring reports and monitor key business metrics. You will also perform data validation identify quality issues and ensure the accuracy of analytical datasets.

In addition you will assist in exploratory data analysis (EDA) feature engineering and model performance analysis. You will work with Product Risk and Engineering teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

You will document analytical findings and business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field and 0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
