Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls WhatsApp social media referrals and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Promote domestic and international travel packages to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build customer relationships and provide timely responses to travel-related enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams maintain lead records and work towards achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Any graduate with a strong interest in sales and business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers email WhatsApp and social media.
- Strong willingness to learn with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to communicate with customers confidently and understand their requirements.
- Target-oriented mindset with good negotiation persuasion and follow-up skills.
