Jr. Associate BI
Job Summary
Job Purpose
The Jr. BI Associate is responsible for timely and accurate execution of recurring reports data validation quality checks and operational reporting support. The role serves as an entry point into Business Intelligence Operations requiring strong Excel capabilities attention to detail and the ability to work with structured reporting processes.
The associate will support report production quality assurance transitions and continuous improvement initiatives while building expertise in BI tools reporting platforms and analytics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Report Production & Delivery
- Refresh validate and deliver assigned reports within agreed timelines.
- Perform report quality checks before delivery.
- Ensure reports are delivered to the correct stakeholders and locations.
- Follow established SOPs and reporting standards.
Data Validation & Quality
- Conduct data validation and cross-country verification activities.
- Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reporting errors.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
Excel & Reporting Operations
- Use Advanced Excel extensively for report generation validation analysis and data manipulation.
- Work with Pivot Tables XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH Power Query Data Validation Conditional Formatting and advanced formulas.
- Create and maintain reporting templates and trackers.
- Support automation initiatives through Excel-based solutions.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain production trackers inventories SOPs and operational documentation.
- Update Dynamics Metrics Timesheets and other operational systems accurately.
- Participate in report transitions Knowledge Transfer sessions Dry Runs and Parallel Runs.
Stakeholder Support
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Provide timely updates on assigned deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings and operational reviews.
Learning & Development
- Develop expertise in NIQ BI tools and reporting platforms.
- Participate in training and upskilling programs.
- Build foundational analytics and business intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Commerce Science Engineering Management Statistics Mathematics preferred).
