Job Summary
Senior hands-on Java Backend Engineer who can work independently in Enterprise architecture Boot Spring Security Spring Data REST API design VertexSQL and relational schema design OAuth 2.0 JWT and token lifecycle management Authentication/Authorization (AuthN/Z) Exception handling validation and logging CI/CD particularly GitHub Actions Writing clean service repository and controller layers Good to Have - Integration testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright) Good to Have - Adobe API integration experience Good to have - AMEX-specific experience (Hydra EFL One App)Marketing Platforms team within US Consumer and Digital Technology division is responsible for enabling creation execution and tracking of Marketing Campaigns across all Amex products and channels."Flywheel" initiative aims to modernize our technology stack to improve Marketer"s operational efficiency and bring campaigns to market quicker creating more dynamic personalized customer individual in this role will work on development of components of the modernized Marketing Platform to facilitate customer offer eligibility and marketing data management and discovery.
