Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business & IT Partnership

• • Serve as the main IT interface for the Manufacturing Plant a flagship site within Baxters global manufacturing network.

  • Translate global and regional manufacturing strategies into a clear technology roadmap for the site.

  • Understand key financial operational and performance drivers and ensure IT initiatives support these objectives.

  • Advocate for valuedriven digital solutions that enhance safety quality performance and cost efficiency.

Manufacturing Technology Strategy & Delivery

• • Define own and continuously evolve the manufacturing IT strategy and roadmap for the plant.

  • Balance global IT standardization with local manufacturing needs in a complex production environment.

  • Partner with IT delivery teams to prioritize initiatives manage scope and ensure reliable execution.

  • Actively promote the art of the possible by identifying how digital technologies can unlock manufacturing value.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• • Support operational teams by applying structured analysis and problemsolving to critical technology and process issues.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality safety productivity and compliance.

  • Participate in audits and ensure IT solutions fully support GxP requirements.

  • Drive improvements through performance reviews Gemba observations and action followup.
