The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IT hardware products hands-on experience with GeM tenders and the ability to manage client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware segment.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
Manage end-to-end GeM tender processes including bid preparation and submission.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing specifications and compliance.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals BOQs and comparative statements.
Support and lead client meetings presentations and negotiations.
Maintain accurate product data sheets pricing sheets and sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT or related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT hardware sales/presales.
Mandatory experience with GeM portal and tendering process.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Workflow Analysis Application-Centric Consulting: Diagnose customer needs based on their specific software and workflow requirements (e.g. AI training CFD simulation 8K rendering) rather than just pushing hardware lists. Future-Proofing: Architect systems that meet current performance demands while ensuring scalability as the customers computational needs grow. Rapid Response: Maintain the shortest turnaround time (TAT) for incoming leads from the website and social platforms to stay ahead of the competition. 2. Ecosystem & Partner Integration Market Intelligence: Maintain deep relationships with ecosystem partners including global brands (NVIDIA AMD Intel) and distributors to stay updated on product roadmaps and supply chain shifts. Channel Synergy: Work closely with channel partners to understand market trends and ensure ProX PC remains the preferred solution provider. 3. Strategic Marketing & Sales Alignment Campaign Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert for the marketing team providing technical insights for campaign planning and content accuracy. Lead Conversion: Drive faster closures by building high-trust relationships through technical authority and professional advisory. Strategic Input: Contribute to the companys long-term strategy and product development by identifying gaps in the current market. Candidate Requirements Computing at the Core: Deep fundamental understanding of computing architecture (CPU/GPU scaling PCIe lanes storage bottlenecks and thermal management). Industry Experience: Proven track record in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the enterprise computing space.
