RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads
Introduce company products/services and assess customer requirements
Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with interested prospects
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Achieve daily weekly and monthly appointment targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales/ International B2B Sales
- Excellent spoken English with a clear confident and professional tone
- Strong persuasion negotiation and active listening skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive and resilient attitude
- Comfortable working in afternoon / evening shift (1:30 PM 10:30 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
