Job Description - Design Consultant

Role Overview

The Design Consultant will interact with clients understand their lifestyle and space requirements prepare furniture/interior layouts present design concepts and coordinate with production and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients and understand their furniture and interior requirements.

• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.

• Prepare space planning furniture layouts and concept designs.

• Develop 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD SketchUp or similar software.

• Prepare quotations BOQs and material specifications.

• Recommend suitable materials finishes hardware and accessories.

• Coordinate with the production technical and installation teams.

• Ensure designs are practical and production-friendly.

• Handle design revisions based on client feedback.

• Maintain project documentation and design records.

• Achieve sales and project conversion targets.
