Interannual Intern

• Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support Front Office activities including check-in check-out reservations and guest inquiries.
• Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and service.
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with events meetings conferences and banquet functions when required.
• Follow hotel policies safety procedures and service standards.
• Maintain professional communication with guests colleagues and management.
• Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Management Tourism or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays when required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
