Integration Consultant SAP SuccessFactors
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Consultant to lead the end-to-end design development testing and delivery of complex integration solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. This pivotal role involves architecting robust data flows across SAP SuccessFactors SAP Employee Central Payroll and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite to support critical Time Tracking and Payroll functions. The successful candidate will ensure seamless data integrity security and operational reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project cutover and long-term business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) to facilitate data exchange between SuccessFactors Payroll and external third-party systems.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of integration architectures error handling strategies and overall build quality to ensure system stability.
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) while troubleshooting and resolving complex integration defects.
- Partner with BTP engineering teams to configure middleware implement security protocols and manage landscape environments.
- Author detailed runbooks for integration monitoring and business-as-usual (BAU) operational procedures.
- Manage critical project phases including cutover planning production deployment smoke testing go-live execution and hypercare support.
- Continuously monitor integration performance to maintain data accuracy system security and compliance standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in SAP integration consulting with a focus on SuccessFactors and Payroll modules.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in designing and developing SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) solutions for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Hold a strong understanding of Time Tracking and Payroll data structures and integration requirements within the SAP ecosystem.
- Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting middleware issues managing security configurations and optimizing landscape performance.
- Show capability in leading testing efforts preparing operational documentation and supporting production deployments.
- Be available for remote work with flexibility to support general IST shift requirements under a C2C contract arrangement.
