Job Description of Position Incumbent

1. To maximise plant availability improving productivity and minimizing maintenance cost for Kiln Coal mill & wagon tippler section
2. Doing calibration of weigh feeders Rotascle Coriolis as required and maintaining records for same.
3. Regularly checking of gas Analysers stack monitors and maintaining the recors.
4. Checking of hydraulic system like IKN cooler FLS CB cooler and Piffer mill hydraluics & Wagon tippler hydraulics
5. Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters
6. Preparation for cost estimation finalizing technical specifications and planning for execution for new/Capex jobs
7. Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant.
8. Safety standards implementation safety enhancement at workplace ISO/WCM system implementation
9. Develop Self and subordinates development People management
