We are looking for an Insight Analyst to join our team.

You will be responsible for delivering actionable business-focused insights that support strategic decision-making across Marketing and Recruitment. By combining analytical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement the analyst will interpret data in a way that uncovers key trends identifies performance drivers and enables data-informed decisions.

• Bachelors degree in data science Statistics Computer Science Economics or a related field or equivalent relevant experience

• Significant experience in a data analysis or similar role.

• Experience working with large complex datasets and relational databases.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce would be beneficial.

• Proficiency in SQL and/or coding languages e.g. R Python SAS etc.

• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker) particularly on dashboard development.

• Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
