Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (IT) to promote and sell IT products and solutions generate qualified leads build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls emails referrals and online research.
- Pitch and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree is mandatory. Candidates with an IT educational or professional background will be preferred.
- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales IT Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
