Job Description & Summary: As an Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Performance Management and Goal Management templates forms and workflows.

Set up Goal Plans rating scales route maps and performance evaluation forms.

Manage Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and 360-degree feedback loops.

Establish calibration settings to standardize performance ratings across departments and reduce evaluation bias

SPCDP (Succession Planning & Career Development) Configuration

Design succession data models nomination workflows and critical position management frameworks.

Develop talent pools and matrix grid reports (9-box grids) to evaluate high-potential employees (HiPos).

Configure Career Worksheets competency mapping architectures and personalized development plans.

Enable mentoring programs and seamless integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

3. Functional Implementation & Support

Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to capture system requirements and align tool features with company talent strategies.

Edit XML templates and construct Meta Data Framework (MDF) foundation objects workflows and business rules.

Oversee testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide post-go-live support manage ticket resolutions under strict SLAs and review bi-annual SAP release updates.
