Job Description & Summary:We are looking for aseasoned-FinancialAnalyst

Responsibilities:

You willbe responsible forthe full-cycle finance andis a highly visible role that interacts with many other departments including private funds treasury tax and finance teams in other parts of the world:

• Record and maintain accurate books and records for all transactions involving the off-shore entities; work closely with the private funds finance & operations tax legal and treasury teams to obtain and document proper understanding for eachand review regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identifythe AP process and other regulatoryand review intercompany reconciliations across business groups and regionalwith quarterly consolidated process and ensuring accurate and timely quarterly deliverables relating to offshore entities in accordance with both IFRS and USand compile private fund managementorganized and well-documented policies and procedure documents and timelyupdationof theand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bookkeeping and financialin preparation of various analyses and reports for senior management to support their business decisionin special projects as needed.

Mandatory skill sets:

• CA with2-8years of experience working in a corporate accounting or audit firm preferablyinfinancialservices or asset management.

• The ability to work in a dynamic complex fast-paced environment adapt quickly tomanagechangingpriorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

• Very strongattention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskprioritizeand meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated resourceful andpro-active with respect to both managing workloadandprofessionaldevelopment.
