• Education: Engineering degree.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in industrial quality inspection / in-process quality from assembly-related manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with problem-solving tools QRQC 8D FMEA Control Plan etc.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible to work in shift pattern.

Your future role

• Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.
• Youll ensure product quality compliance with both customer and internal specifications. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing engineering customer service) perform inspections and much more.
• Youll specifically take care of qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection managing workstation dynamic checklists and ensuring the availability and compliance of the Car History Book before shipping.

Well look to you for:

• Performing product inspections and participating in customer inspections
• Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection
• Managing workstation dynamic checklists (self-inspection & workstation inspection)
• Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups
• Managing internal NCRs and supporting the NCR team with problem-solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC)
• Ensuring compliance with APSYS requirements for industrial quality
