Job Description & Summary

*Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements including strategy development solution design adoption and change management.
Assess client AI maturity andidentifyhigh-impact opportunities for AI adoption aligned with businessobjectives.
Develop AI transformation roadmaps incorporating data strategy technology architecture governance and operationalization frameworks.
Design and oversee deployment of AI/ML models automation natural language processing and advanced analytics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers data scientists enterprise architects and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.
Drive best practices for responsible AI use including fairness transparency explainability and compliance with ethical standards.
Lead workshops presentations and stakeholder engagements to communicate AItransformationvalue and progress.
Mentor and guide junior team members on AI technologies methodologies and delivery excellence.
Stay current with emerging AI trends tools and industry use cases to continuously enhance PwCs AI transformation capabilities.
Support business development by contributing to proposals thought leadership and client relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or mastersdegree in computer science Data Science Engineering or related field. Mastersdegree preferred.
10 years of experience in AI data science or digital transformation roles with substantial experience leading AI transformation projects.
Strongexpertisein AI/ML technologies including supervised and unsupervised learning NLP computer vision and automation frameworks.
Experience with AI solution architecture and technology stacks (Python TensorFlowPyTorch cloud AI services etc.).
Proventrack recordof delivering AI-driven business transformations and scaling AI initiatives within large organizations.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.
Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with senior client executives.
Consulting experience and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies preferred.
