Responsibilities:

We are seeking an FullstackDeveloper with over4-7years of experience. The Senior Developer will join the CRS analytics development team to work in the ACIA developing Client facing tools used to generate revenue for Aon. Your ideas intuitions and influence will have space to become concrete actionsonthe directions the projects should take or the technologies the team should use. You will have the chance to learn and influence progressive and innovative tools and massively growunderthetechnical point of view.

Key Responsibilities:

Building andmaintainingSingle Page Applications (SPAs) using technologies such as Typescript React and .

Using C# to build APIs both for specific application use and moregeneral useacross the application estate.

Contributing to designbuild test & maintenance activities andbegenuinely motivated by delivering solutions and issue resolutions to our business

Develop andmaintainCI/CD pipelines as code

Promote and adhere to development standards through automation tooling and manual controls incl. JIRA agile standards codereviewsand release automationetc

Work with Product Owners Scrum Masters and Business Analysts on the vision design requirements and delivery of web-based analytics applications

Develop a thorough understanding of the functional and non-functional requirements of the application how customers use it and how best to serve these needs

Ensure effective operation of business systems through Level 3 support of application incidents effectivelytriagingbugs code/data fixes testing & patching processes

Welcome the opportunity toassistand spread knowledge to other members of the team

Support QA in testing products and resolving found issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in development; C# Advanced JavaScript (preferably React)

BS or MS degree in Computer Science InformationTechnologyor equivalent experience

Keenly interested in software development staying up to date with current trends and able to translate those into solutions

Experience with Cloud (AWS) Serverless Architecture Agile DevOps (CI/CD) and database technologies

Someone with good interpersonal and communication skills comfortable and composed

Experience working in Agile environments

Working in a high-pressure environment

UI/UX experience a plus
