• Designed configured and supported end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) solutions across multiple full-cycle implementation and support projects.
• Conducted business requirement gathering fit-gap analysis solution design and prepared functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Configured and maintained procurement master data including Material Master Service Master Business Partner (Vendor) Purchasing Info Records and Source Lists.
• Configured procurement processes covering Purchase Requisitions (PR) Requests for Quotation (RFQ) Purchase Orders (PO) Contracts Scheduling Agreements Goods Receipt (GR) Invoice Verification (LIV) and Service Entry Sheets (SES).
• Configured purchasing document types document numbering item categories account assignment categories copy controls and release strategies.
• Designed and maintained MM pricing procedures calculation schemas condition types access sequences and schema determination.
• Configured Inventory Management processes including goods movements transfer postings reservations physical inventory batch management automatic batch determination and split valuation.
• Implemented and supported special procurement processes including subcontracting consignment stock transport orders (STO) pipeline procurement returnable transport packaging (RTP) and service procurement using Lean Services.
• Configured Flexible Workflow for Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Contracts and Service Entry Sheets in SAP S/4HANA.
