What youll do

• Lead the day-to-day In Room Dining operation ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Manage coach and develop the team creating a positive and high-performing culture.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately efficiently and to The Hoxtons quality standards.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Drive revenue through menu knowledge upselling opportunities and service excellence.
• Monitor departmental costs productivity and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Continuously review guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the In Room Dining experience.

• Previous experience as an In Room Dining Manager Restaurant Manager or similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Strong knowledge of In Room Dining operations guest service standards and food & beverage procedures.
• Experience managing budgets labour costs and operational performance.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
