Role: Implementation Engineer
Experience: 2- 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead the implementation of HR/Payroll solutions ensuring successful deployment and completion of projects.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction index of 4/5 or higher across all projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients ensuring their active engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborative Input: Participate in iterative meetings to provide insights on customization ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Process Enforcement: Establish and enforce project processes to ensure compliance across all phases of implementation.
Desired Experience:
- 2-7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on implementing ERP/HCM solutions.
