What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem Incident & Change Management
• Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
• Provide general assistance to the other teams and end users
• Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
• Work closely with other functional consultants developers product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
• Good ability to do basic trouble shooting
• Ensure that team members adhere to the IT Application methodology and standards
• Ensure that agreed company policies and procedures are adhered to.

What should you bring along

• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

Must have technical skill

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM 1.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira Confluence or similar agile project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• IT experience delivering operations support services
• Experience in working in agile software development projects (Scrum)
• Agile Tool Chain products: Confluence Jira
• Experience in MS office products (Strong Excel Skills required) basic formular skills .csv file up- and download Vlookup relations between different files

Good to have technical skills

• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
• SAP Authorization knowledge.
• SAP Basis Authorization
• SAP FICO SD MM
