IADS 1128 Senior Flutter Developer

What Youll Do

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team to design and develop high volume low-latency applications for ensuring top-tier availability and performance. They

will contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle and write well-designed testable and efficient code.

What You Will Work On -

Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform application built as a large-scale Flutter mono-repo.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

Write clean maintainable and efficient code.

Architect build and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Stay up to date with Flutter and Dart development trends and best practices.

Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our products and processes.

The skills and qualifications youll need-

Technical Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.

10 years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with at least 4 years of experience in mobile application development including complex UI and state management

Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Experience with multi-package mono-repo structures

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Experience in developing web applications and PWAs with Flutter is considered beneficial.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to Java/Spring Boot backend development

Cloud services familiarity (Azure preferred)

CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions or similar)
