Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Air Conditioning Specialist role based in Thane. The specialist will inspect all the site closely before HVAC systems are installed. Every site will go under the Site Visit Process which will be controlled by HVAC expert.
The role involves co-ordinating Customers in-house site visit teams and Sales members. Day-to-day responsibilities also includes giving/suggesting right and appropriate solutions suitable for every respective sites. Site clearance responsibilities includes ensuring site is approved considering future troubleshooting performing preventive maintenance and ensuring systems meet safety and efficiency standards. The role involves responding to service requests communicating clearly with customers about findings and recommendations and documenting work performed. The specialist will collaborate with colleagues follow company procedures and adhere to all relevant regulations and codes.
Requirements
- Technical skills in HVAC systems including knowledge of installation servicing and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform Plumbing-related tasks connected to HVAC equipment and building systems.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance routines inspections and scheduled servicing.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in clear respectful language.
- Knowledge of safety standards local codes and best practices for mechanical and electrical work.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC mechanical or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane manage physical tasks and use tools and instrumentation safely.
- Attention to detail problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
