Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Rep II to join Financial Services HR -Global Finance Services Division
This role is based out of Whitefield Office Bangalore India
What you will do
To assist in the administration of various human resource services and functions within a facility Division or Shared Services . Incumbents typically have previous human resources experience and have progressed through various human resources positions. This role shall require Learning & Development and Communications experience along with HR Capabilities.
The job functions could include some or all of the following:
- Supporting business on recruiting and talent needs.
- New employee orientation.
- Drive Learning initiatives.
- Spearhead employee communication initiatives.
- Interface with various HR COEs to assist in the administration and support of employee issues.
- Manage Performance Management Process.
- Administer Relocations / International Service Employee Issues.
- Manage Employee Relations Issues and internal investigations.
- Manage employee concerns related to payroll salary administration time and attendance.
- Track and report on metrics and measurements for human resources functions and provide data to management
- Various other human resources related duties.
What you will have
- Need 6-9 years of HR Experience; preference for people with Learning and Development communications experience.
- Typically requires an awareness and expertise in many areas of human resources.
- Needs to consider both traditional and non-traditional approaches to human resource management.
- The position typically requires a college or university degree and equivalent experience of 6-9 years of practical human resource assignments.
- Must possess strong human relations and communications skills along with organization planning and personal computer proficiency.
- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office
