We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment payroll coordination employee documentation and administrative activities.
The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth hiring processes maintain accurate employee records and support internal communication and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing screening scheduling interviews)
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Help in onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in internal communication and employee engagement activities
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
