We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition HR operations onboarding and employee engagement for our growing SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern hiring can manage end-to-end recruitment and can help strengthen people processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for internal hiring recruitment coordination onboarding employee relations and HR process management. The role will also involve using Recootys own ATS for job posting applicant tracking candidate pipeline management and hiring collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring needs across roles and departments.
  • Use Recooty for job posting applicant tracking candidate management and hiring coordination.
  • Screen resumes shortlist candidates and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support offer rollout onboarding coordination documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records and support HR operations processes.
  • Build strong relationships with employees across teams and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in strengthening HR policies people processes and workplace culture.
  • Help create a smooth professional and positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition HR operations or generalist HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows onboarding employee engagement and HR coordination.
  • Good understanding of ATS HRMS or HR tech platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is important because Recooty is built around ATS-led hiring workflows.
  • Experience with job portals LinkedIn sourcing candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Strong communication coordination interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a startup SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation AI-enabled hiring tools and HR analytics which align with Recootys product focus.
  • Strong LinkedIn presence and experience using LinkedIn for hiring sourcing networking and employer branding.
  • Comfort with building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn.
