Human Resource Executive

Location: Ahmedabad On-site
Experience: 2–3 Years
Working Days: Monday–Friday 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM

We are looking for a confident proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment and HR operations.

70% Recruitment 30% HR Operations

Recruitment –

• Handle end-to-end Technical & Non-Technical recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals iSmart referrals and headhunting.
• Resume screening HR discussions interview coordination follow-ups and offer management.
• Manage multiple and urgent hiring requirements.

HR Operations –

• Handle employee queries and grievances.
• Manage onboarding HR documentation and day-to-day HR activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams on HR-related matters.

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident bold and proactive personality.
• Strong employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask take ownership and work independently.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
