HSE Officer

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to oversee workplace health safety and environmental compliance activities. The candidate will ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement effective safety procedures across operations.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies and procedures
  
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
  
• Maintain safety records and incident reports
  
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs
  
• Ensure PPE compliance across departments
  
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities
  
• Support accident investigation and root cause analysis
  

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
  
• Safety audit and risk assessment experience
  
• Incident reporting and investigation
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills
  
• MS Office proficiency
  

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
  
• Manufacturing or industrial safety exposure
  
• Fire & safety management knowledge
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE/Safety operations
  
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
  

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Safety Environmental Science Engineering or related field
