Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Senior/Lead Developer to design develop and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders leading implementations and delivering scalable HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions (Case Management Lifecycle Events Employee Center)
• Configure workflows Flow Designer UI Policies Business Rules
• Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP IntegrationHub
• Customize Employee Center / Service Portal
• Ensure data security using COE and HR-specific ACLs
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders for requirements gathering
• Lead module implementations and mentor junior developers (for Lead role)
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ITSM (good to have)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD module
• Hands-on with Flow Designer Script Includes Client Scripts
• Experience in Employee Center / Service Portal
• Integration experience (REST SOAP APIs)
