Job Title: Process Expert Change Control & System Integration Coordination
Location: Hyderabad India
Process Expert responsible for governing HR system changes across a complex integrated HR technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of HR Digital & Technology (D&T) and external vendors ensuring all HRIS changes are delivered in a controlled compliant and high-quality manner. The position offers strong global stakeholder exposure ownership of change governance testing coordination and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement within a leading science-based multinational organization.

Your key responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate and govern end-to-end HR system change requests while ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms HR data management and system integrations.
- Experience managing integration testing regression testing and ensuring quality outcomes for system enhancements and releases.
- Ability to act as the central coordination point between HR IT/D&T teams Change Control Boards and external vendors..
- Experience driving structured escalation management issue resolution ownership and continuous improvement.
- Strong planning impact analysis documentation management tracker maintenance and process improvement capabilities.

You bring
- Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience working within HRIS environments and HR technology ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR data/integration processes is highly preferred.
- Proven background in system change coordination release management and testing management within enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of change control frameworks testing methodologies quality assurance and governance processes.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a global environment and support European time zones.
