Job Summary
Experience: 210 years
CTC: 2.5 3 LPA fixed (based on experience skills and suitability) incentives paid monthly
Primary Locations: Delhi(NCR) Bengaluru Mumbai Kolkata Indore Bhopal Chandigarh Ludhiana Pune Hyderabad Ahmedabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office / Cowork space / Remote (3 remote openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure
- Handle multiple open positions across different clients at the same time
- Source candidates through Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and other relevant platforms
- Screen assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers
- Support business development by identifying and engaging new client opportunities
- 210 years of end-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to closure
- Prior recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory. Candidates whose entire experience is in consultancy recruitment are also welcome.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
- Hands-on with recruitment portals such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and other relevant platforms
- Good communication and coordination skills
We are open to different working options depending on the candidates profile and location:
- Work from Office: Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road office) or any cowork space PAN India
- Remote (3 openings): Remote candidates must have their own laptop a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for work communication.
We will also consider candidates returning from a career or maternity break as long as they have relevant recruitment experience and the required skills.
