About the Role

e are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment
activities from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a keen eye for talent and the
ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals recruitment agencies and
other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive
candidate experience.
Manage salary discussions offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers candidate databases and hiring reports.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and close positions
within timelines.
