HR recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 13 years of experience to join our growing team in this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing top talent to meet our corporate and production-level staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates.
  

• Utilize multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri Indeed) social media (LinkedIn) and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  

• Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and draft accurate job postings.
  

• Schedule and conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidates communication skills attitude and cultural fit.
  

• Maintain and update the internal applicant database and recruitment trackers daily.
  

• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
  

• Experience: 13 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter preferably handling diverse roles in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit and strong proficiency in utilizing online job boards and databases.
  

• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills strong negotiation capabilities and a proactive attitude.
  

• Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to our office in Ludhiana Punjab.
