HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Candidates with recruitment consultancy experience will be given preference. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates using multiple job portals coordinating interviews and ensuring timely position closures.

They will also manage bulk hiring requirements maintain a strong candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers to maintain recruitment reports.

The HR Recruiter will work closely with the hiring team to ensure that all recruitment processes are followed and that the best candidates are selected for the available positions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
