Key Responsibilities
Managebulk and volume hiringfor internal requirements
Source candidates throughjob portals databases referrals and other sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conductinitial telephonic interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates
Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
