We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter focused on delivery hiring within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for identifying attracting and securing top talent to support our operational delivery teams. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining a robust workforce pipeline ensuring that all recruitment activities align with business goals and target metrics while fostering a collaborative environment through effective team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates using various sourcing strategies and platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to align recruitment efforts with project needs.
- Communicate effectively with applicants to present opportunities and address inquiries.
- Drive performance by consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and quotas.
- Utilize basic computer proficiency and spreadsheet tools to manage candidate data and track progress.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Solid foundation in basic computer operations.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving set targets.
- Current experience or background within the IT Services industry is preferred.
